Description

PP Melt Blown series filter cartridges deliver a high efficiency and consistent filtration of fluids in a wide range of application. The innovative melt blowing process allows us to optimize the filtration properties of the element while maintaining very robust mechanical properties. The substantial benefits of melt blowing are simplicity, high specific productivity and solvent-free operation. This enabled the filter cartridges carried a strong assimilative capacity, long service life and low-cost maintenance in most of the demanding application.

We use 100% of Polypropylene and FDA approved components to construct the filter to assured that they are safe for use in food and beverage contact.

Benefits

  • Excellent particles retention and long on-stream life cycles.
  • Continuously graded pore construction enhances contaminant holding capacity.
  • 100% Polypropylene construction provides wide range of chemical compatibility.
  • FDA approved components in used for safety in food and beverage industries and meet USP-XXIII, Class VI criteria.
  • Optional of PP center core allows optimization of the filtration medium and enhances the cartridge’s mechanical properties.

Applications

  • RO Pre-treatment
  • Food and Beverage Processing
  • High Purity Chemicals
  • Municipal Water Systems
  • Metal Finishing/ Plating Solutions
  • Solvent Filtration
  • Pulp and Paper
  • Paint and Coatings
